A combined team of experts, committed to your recovery

Our team brings together a group of highly skilled professionals committed to supporting you on your journey to recovery, independence, and wellbeing. With decades of collective experience across healthcare, rehabilitation, and welfare support, the team provides crucial support to those affected by life-changing injuries and complex health conditions.

Julie Chorlton, Lead Rehabilitation Manager and Registered Nurse, has more than 30 years’ experience in rehabilitation, disability assessment, and case management. Julie’s main focus is delivering client-centred care and rehabilitation planning for those with complex injuries. Her experience and understanding of the clinical, legal, and personal elements of rehabilitation means she can provide invaluable support for anyone navigating life after injury.

Gillian Webber, our Rehabilitation Manager, is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in helping people with catastrophic or life-altering injuries. Her approach puts rehabilitation and recovery first and foremost, promoting independence. With a broad range of experience across statutory, private, and charitable sectors, Gillian has significant experience in neurological rehabilitation, supporting those affected by traumatic brain injuries.

Together, this expert team ensures that every client receives thoughtful, responsive, and effective care – supporting not only physical recovery but also emotional wellbeing and financial stability.

Prioritising emotional recovery

Every rehabilitation plan should address not only the physical recovery, but also the emotional and psychological effects of the injury. The team can arrange access to psychological support, such as talking therapies, or any specialist treatment that might be needed.

Offering financial support

Suffering a serious injury can bring unexpected financial pressures. Our specialist Benefits and Welfare Advisor can provide practical advice and guidance on managing your finances after an injury. This includes helping you to navigate the benefits system to identify any financial support you may be entitled to, but not aware of.

Understanding our approach to rehabilitation & wellbeing

The people who come to us after suffering a serious injury often need wider, more holistic support - which is where our Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Team offer support.

Our legal teams have a proven track record of securing substantial settlements and comprehensive rehabilitation packages for individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, and amputations. We work closely with rehabilitation specialists and care professionals, as well as charities such as the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), Backup Trust, Headway, and the Amputation Foundation, to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

In addition to the dedicated support from our Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Team, our legal experts include some of the UK’s most respected specialists in serious and catastrophic injury law, including APIL-accredited solicitors. And because we’re recognised by organisations such as The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, you can trust that your case, and your recovery, is in expert hands.
