Andrew Clark
Director of Legal Training
Andrew is a Partner and Director of Legal Training. He is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of legal training across the group, as well as providing legal thought leadership. Andrew is qualified as both CILEX and as a solicitor and has more than 35 years’ experience in all areas of personal injury, including 20 years specialising in serious injury cases.

Lorna Bailey
Associate & Head of Learning and Development
As Head of Learning and Development at Fletchers Solicitors, Lorna Bailey leads initiatives to support, develop, and inspire colleagues across the business.
She specialises in professional development, legal qualifications, and apprenticeships, with a proven record of strategic planning and delivering impactful programmes.
Shawn Mrozek
L&D Business Partner
Shawn joined Fletchers in January 2025 as a Learning & Development Business Partner (MLS), bringing with him over ten years’ experience in management, training, coaching and development. From day one, he became part of the Learning and Development team, supporting colleagues across the Medical Law Services umbrella.
In his role, Shawn is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning programmes for teams including Nurse Analysts, Onboarding, Client Care and Medical Records. He works closely with managers across MLS to create bespoke training solutions tailored to their teams, with a strong focus on impact, collaboration and practical application.
Jen Nickeas
L&D Business Partner
Jen joined Fletchers in August 2025 and became part of the Learning and Development team. As a Learning & Development Business Partner for non-legal colleagues, Jen plays a key role in supporting induction for all new starters and is on hand to provide guidance and support across all areas of professional development.
Jen is passionate about helping colleagues achieve their full potential through learning, development and a strong focus on wellbeing. She is particularly interested in how effective communication underpins both personal and professional success, and how health and wellbeing can influence performance and growth in and out of the workplace. While not currently studying towards a qualification, Jen is committed to continually developing her own skills and knowledge to ensure she delivers the best possible learning experience for her colleagues.
Jenna Johnston
Learning and Development Coordinator
Jenna joined Fletchers Solicitors in March 2017, initially working within the Support Team before returning from maternity leave and furlough to become part of the Learning and Development Team in November 2020.
Starting as an Administrator and progressing into her current role as Learning and Development Coordinator, Jenna plays a key role in coordinating training events and projects, from internal webinars through to external conferences, ensuring colleagues have access to meaningful development opportunities.
Rumi Ali
Digital Learning Lead
Rumi joined Fletchers in September 2025 as Digital Learning Lead, bringing a passion for innovation and a focus on empowering colleagues through technology. In her role, she designs, creates, and delivers learning programmes across the business, ensuring teams are confident and capable in using the digital tools essential to their roles.
Her work includes developing engaging e-learning content, producing clear support documentation, and running regular technology training sessions. Rumi is especially passionate about supporting new starters, giving them a warm welcome and making sure they have the right tools and knowledge to thrive from day one.
Jacqueline Harper
L&D Administrator
Jackie joined Fletchers in May 2025 following the acquisition of Scott Rees & Co. With a background in HR and previous experience working within Learning and Development at National Museums Liverpool, Jackie brought a strong understanding of people-focused support into the business.
After seeing the Learning & Development Administrator role advertised internally, Jackie was keen to step back into an L&D-focused position and now plays a key role in supporting the team. In her role, she helps ensure training is delivered smoothly to both legal and non-legal colleagues, supporting with bookings, administration and maintaining accurate records on the Learning Management System.
