Janice’s story
When I when I came out of hospital, I was able to smile and nod and give all the right gestures. But what was going on inside wasn't there really.
The incident
Janice was riding her motorbike to Folkestone Harbour for breakfast when, she was thrown from her bike. The injuries she sustained were life-threatening leaving her in a critical condition with a brain injury, collapsed lungs and breathing difficulties.
