Who am I
I am a Partner and lead our HR and Recruitment teams and bring over 2 decades of experience from a variety of businesses, more specifically within the legal sector having been with Fletchers since 2017.
Why I do this work
I originally started working in HR because I wanted to try to make work and people’s working lives better – largely because I had been on the receiving end of a less than positive experience myself. Since I started in an HR role, I’ve been fortunate to have worked with many fantastic people across different businesses in varied sectors and in each of my roles I’ve had one simple aim: to make the working experience as good as possible.
How I work with clients
In my role, my clients are mostly our colleagues at Fletchers and I try to be human – many people experience what I call ‘HR says no’ in different companies and I try to avoid that at all costs.

What I enjoy about working at Fletchers
I have been at Fletchers since 2017 and have seen great change and growth in that time – but the one thing that never changes is the fantastic people I get to work with every day.
