I am motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people at some of the most difficult times in their lives. Over the past 17 years, specialising in serious and complex personal injury work, including head and brain injury cases, I have seen first-hand the life-changing impact that the right legal support can have.

Successfully securing outcomes in complex and often catastrophic claims, including settlements and interim payments running into the millions is hugely rewarding, but what drives me is ensuring that clients feel supported, understood and guided throughout the process. I take pride in navigating clients through what can be an overwhelming and unfamiliar legal journey, helping them to rebuild their lives with the best possible outcome.

At the same time, I recognise that for clients this is often a challenging and unfamiliar process. I pride myself on being approachable and supportive, taking the time to listen and understand each individual’s circumstances so that I can tailor my approach to their needs. I am dynamic in the way I handle cases, combining strong negotiation with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. My aim is always to secure the best result for my clients while ensuring they feel informed, reassured and confident throughout their claim.

I am supported by a dedicated team who each play an important role in delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients. Chloe, a solicitor, works closely alongside me on cases, providing invaluable support at every stage. She is highly organised, proactive and empathetic, with a strong attention to detail that ensures nothing is overlooked. Nicola plays a key role in the smooth running of our cases, coordinating essential aspects such as preparing bundles, liaising with clients and managing day-to-day case progression. Her organisation and efficiency are integral to ensuring that matters move forward seamlessly and that clients feel supported throughout. Together, we work collaboratively to provide a seamless service, combining our individual strengths to guide clients through their journey and achieve the best possible results.

I have built my career at Fletchers over a number of years, developing my expertise in serious and complex personal injury work and progressing into a Head of Department role. This has been a particularly rewarding step, allowing me not only to continue supporting clients on high-value and complex cases, but also to lead and develop a talented team. What I enjoy most about working at Fletchers is the people and the culture. There is a genuine sense of collaboration and shared purpose, with everyone focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Leading such a dedicated and supportive team is incredibly fulfilling, and it is rewarding to see both our clients and colleagues progress and succeed.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and a great circle of friends, often making the most of busy weekend filled with social plans and getting out and about. I enjoy keeping active, whether that’s long walks, trying something new, or simply taking time to unwind.
