Molly Birchall

I started in Fletchers as a Paralegal and I have developed through the roles and qualified as a Solicitor, following my training contract with Fletchers in June 2020. I have worked with case values between £100,000 and £500,000 and I’m due to move to the Birth Injury team in July dealing with cases above the value of £500,000.

I’m driven by supporting the most vulnerable clients through a very difficult and challenging time of their lives, especially after being let down by medical professionals. I love to see claims settle and client’s getting the outcome that they deserve, it’s very rewarding to be a part of that process.

I’m proactive, a listening ear for clients and I always provide reassurance and quick advice when they need it the most. It can be a daunting process for a client to go through, and I’m here to guide them through and help them to feel supported.

I have been at Fletchers since 2019, and something I will always appreciate is the progression opportunities and the ability to build a specialism. This is something I really value here.
