As an Associate Solicitor, I’m passionate about supporting people who have sustained serious injuries, helping them rebuild their lives after what can be a life-changing experience. This can include arranging access to rehabilitation, providing support for them and their families, and securing the compensation they need to move forward.

Specialising in catastrophic injury claims, I support clients from the beginning of their case through to settlement. I focus on ensuring early access to rehabilitation wherever possible, giving clients the best chance of making a strong recovery and regaining independence.

I’m motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Serious injury cases are rarely just about compensation, they’re about helping people and families rebuild confidence, independence and stability after life-changing events.

What drives me most is being able to guide clients through what can often feel like an overwhelming process. I pride myself on building strong relationships with clients, making sure they feel listened to and fully informed at every stage.

I’m naturally methodical and meticulous, knowing that even small details can make a real difference to the outcome of a case. At the same time, I never lose sight of the person behind the claim and the wider impact an injury can have on family life, work, wellbeing and future plans.

Ultimately, I do this work because I believe injured people deserve strong representation, honest advice and someone who will stand by them and work consistently to achieve the best possible outcome for their recovery and long-term future.

Compassion is central to the way I work, and I take the time to understand each client as an individual. Many clients come to us at a vulnerable point in their lives and I believe the best client relationships are built on trust, transparency and consistency. I combine clear and practical legal advice with a supportive and approachable manner. This means clients feel comfortable asking questions and discussing concerns openly.

A cyclist who suffered serious dental injuries following a collision. While the legal claim focused on securing compensation for extensive future treatment, what stood out most was the impact on the client’s confidence and daily life. Injuries affecting appearance and communication can have a profound emotional effect. Achieving an outcome that provided access to treatment and financial security gave the client reassurance and helped them move forward. This case reinforced the importance of viewing every claim from the client’s perspective. Clients may remember the legal outcome, but they also remember whether they felt listened to, reassured and supported throughout the process.

This case involved a motorcyclist who sustained catastrophic injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, following a serious road traffic collision. The impact on his life extended far beyond the physical injuries themselves. He lost the career he had worked hard to build, struggled with cognitive and psychological difficulties, and found his relationships and confidence deeply affected. Over time, through rehabilitation, support and the right professional guidance, he gradually began rebuilding his independence and reconnecting with important aspects of his life, including his relationship with his daughter. Being able to support a client through that journey – not just securing compensation but helping create stability and access to long-term rehabilitation – is what makes this work so important to me.

Settled for £127,750.00 (pre-medical) fully capitalised. RTA case against 2 defendants, Client was riding bicycle when hit by emerging vehicle into oncoming traffic. Suffered orthopaedic injuries, possible TBI, and psychological injury complicated by pre-existing psychiatric vulnerabilities.

Settled for £250,000.00. Client had a pre-existing spinal cord injury, but following an RTA, suffered exacerbation of symptoms. This was a complicated case where we had to determine whether the symptoms were caused by the accident or would have been suffered in any event. Liability was initially admitted but the Defence sought to withdraw this due to severity of injury.

Settled for £530,000.00 gross. Case involving complex orthopaedic fracture which failed to unite, there was an initial risk of amputation. After arranging rehabilitation, made a good functional recovery, but not able to return to manual employment and risk of not returning to employment due to chronic pain, dyslexia and lack of educational attainment.

Settled for £624,036.90 fully capitalised. TBI case. Inherited from another firm of solicitors, Client was 15 at the time of the accident, hit by a lorry at a crossing. He initially lacked mental capacity due to his injuries, but was able to regain this during the claim.

Settled for £800,000.00. Amputation case that was complicated by possible jurisdiction issues, and different approaches to rehabilitation, as the Client was injured whilst on holiday in Wales, but lived in Scotland, and pursued a claim via the English civil justice system.

Settled for £2,175,000.00 at JSM. Amputation case who became active user of Empower limb. Assisting the progression of this case, in addition to providing significant support and being the Claimant’s daily point of contact, providing reassurance and advice.

A young male who was involved in a motorcycle accident. He has suffered significant brain injury and lower limb fractures. He was detained in hospital for a period of 12 months before being discharged, to rental property, he was unable to return to his pre accident home. He has significant cognitive difficulty required 24/7 support x 2 support staff. This individual has complex needs, has no insight to his disabilities, there is a multi-disciplinary team around him and a case manager. Settlement approved £10.25m net liability £12,556m gross.

The Claimant, a young male suffered spinal cord damage and is wheelchair user. He suffers complexities in his everyday life and had withdrawn from rehabilitation. Liability was compromised. Settlement reached at a settlement meeting – £5.9 million gross with provisional damages.
