Who am I

I’m a clinical negligence solicitor driven by a commitment to making a genuine difference to people’s lives, particularly when they are navigating some of their most challenging and traumatic experiences. I support clients and their families who have suffered serious harm as a result of avoidable medical mistakes, helping them to understand what went wrong and to achieve the justice and accountability they deserve.

Why I do this work

My focus is always on guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and care, securing outcomes that can provide financial security, access to support, and a sense of closure following a catastrophic experience.

How I work with clients

My approach is supportive and personal, ensuring my clients always feel heard, understood, and well-informed. I’m always on hand to provide updates, reassurance and clear, timely answers to any queries. Building strong, trusting relationships is really important to me, creating a space where clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues. Listening carefully and supporting clients at every stage of their case is at the heart of my approach.

My team

What sets our team apart is our specialist experience in group action cases and have developed extensive expertise in managing complex claims on behalf of multiple clients. Alongside this, we have broad experience in clinical negligence cases, enabling us to provide expert and compassionate support tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

What I enjoy about working at Fletchers

I’ve been with Fletchers for almost two years and enjoy the intellectual challenge that comes with complex clinical negligence work, particularly the medical aspects involved. As a natural problem solver, I take real satisfaction in analysing difficult cases and identifying practical solutions.

What I value most about Fletchers is its supportive and collaborative culture, where colleagues work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and build strong teams.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I’m a real animal lover with a particular passion for all things equine. I have horses and compete regularly, so much of my free time is spent training, attending competitions, and travelling to equestrian events. Being around horses is something I find both grounding and energising, and it provides a great balance to my professional life.
