Team leader Jayne brings a wealth of experience to Biker-SOS and has worked in personal injury law for nearly 20 years. “In one particularly memorable case my client was filtering on his motorcycle past traffic when the third party turned into a side road, knocking him down. Following the initial incident, she proceeded to drive over him, injuring his back very badly. We had to argue with the other side about causation and had to get an expert to comment on what injuries were caused by the initial impact. There was a strong possibility that liability would be split in respect of the initial impact. However, we successfully argued that when the other driver drove over him and crushed his back this was completely her fault and he should be compensated in full for this. “
