Biker knocked from motorcycle at a roundabout by hit and run driver

Biker knocked from motorcycle by reversing car driver

Two conflicting versions of events, but a great win for our client at court

The car driver disputed the claim, saying that our client was trying to overtake him! Faced with two conflicting versions of events, with no independent witnesses we still felt that our client’s account of the accident was strong, and we pursued the case to trial, where our client won 100%.
