Grace Webb – Biker-SOS Brand Ambassador
Grace Webb is a qualified teacher and journalist/television presenter in the sport & automotive field with a friendly and engaging style that appeals to all ages. From a family of petrol heads and as the granddaughter of Donington Park’s Race Circuit founder Tom Wheatcroft, Grace’s enthusiasm for adrenaline-fuelled sports doesn’t come as a surprise.
Grace is at the front of motorsport presenting and journalism after her appearance in the last two series of ‘Fifth Gear: Recharged’, where she can be found exploring all things electric - from installing a home charger to driving hybrid Ferraris around the mountains of Modena, as well as being the resident electric motorcycle tester. With two-wheels being Grace’s first love, she was also the anchor presenter for the 2022 Isle of Man Manx Motorcycle Grand Prix Races, bringing all the action to the ITV4 highlight shows. Grace also makes regular appearances on the automotive social channels ‘Goodwood Road Racing’, ‘Triumph Motorcycles’, ‘Driving Electric’ and ‘Renault Connected’. When Grace is not around motors, she can also be seen on Eurosport, ESPN or FreeSportsTV presenting coverage of British Triathlons and marathons – a keen runner herself, completing the London Marathon in 2019!
Alex Kenny – Fletchers Group Chief Marketing Officer
Alex has spent two decades working for Fletchers Group – 10 years of which were spent working in and then leading the motorcycle claims team. During this time, Alex and his team dealt with claims from some of the largest motorbike insurers, including Carole Nash, MCE and Bennetts, as well as multiple cases via direct approaches from injured and aggrieved bikers.
Alex is a regular representative of Fletchers at many major biking events and destinations – including BSB meets, charity ride outs, the Ace Café and Brighton Burnout, to name a few. It was early on in his Fletchers career that Alex completed his CBT in order to gain greater insight into his clients. Having loved it so much, he ultimately passed his bike test and has since ridden a motorcycle for the last 15 years (he currently rides a Yamaha XSR700). Alex is now a member of the senior team at Fletchers and is involved across all parts of the business. Hugely passionate about motorcycling, he continues to represent Biker-SOS on the board to ensure that seeking justice and compensation for injured bikers remains at the forefront of what Fletchers and Biker-SOS do.
Bob Coupland – Head of Bike Claims
Bob is Head of Bike Claims, with over 20 years’ experience as a solicitor specialising in personal injury and medical negligence. Bob has represented numerous motorcyclists in successfully recovering compensation for their injuries and financial losses. Like Alex, he himself is a keen biker having ridden motorcycles for over 25 years.
Bob’s focus is ensuring that his team’s clients have all the support they need throughout their recovery: getting the best rehabilitation and financial package for their needs, including interim payments throughout the course of the case and, where possible, getting clients back on their bikes.
