Motorcyclist awarded over £27k following RTA

Our client was riding his motorcycle along a main road when another vehicle pulled out from a junction into his path, resulting in a collision. 

Our client was treated at the scene, before being taken to hospital for further treatment, where he was diagnosed with a fracture to the left tibia and fibula, as well as soft tissue injuries and psychological distress. 

Following the motorcycle accident, the claimant sought representation with us, with Katie Rutter taking on the case, supported by Assistant Litigation Executive, Rebecca Carroll. 

Due to the motorcycle accident, the client has continued to suffer with pain and discomfort in his leg. In addition to his physical injuries, he has also struggled with travel phobia and depression.
